These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and kn77a Gaming Corporation ("kn77a", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the kn77a.cam website and associated services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

To register and maintain an account with kn77a, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. kn77a strictly enforces age verification requirements and employs automated and manual verification systems to prevent underage gambling. You will be required to provide valid government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or other PAGCOR-approved identification) during the registration process and upon request for verification purposes.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be a resident of the Philippines or physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and while using the Service. kn77a services are not available to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of kn77a services complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into or performing this Agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship, or conservatorship that restricts your ability to manage your financial affairs.

2.4 Single Account Restriction

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) kn77a account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction through the use of false information, proxy services, VPN services, or other means will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

2.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program operated by kn77a, PAGCOR, or any other Philippine gaming operator. If you have previously self-excluded from kn77a or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming service, you must not attempt to create a new account until the self-exclusion period has expired and you have completed all required reinstatement procedures.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.2 Account Verification

kn77a employs a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be required to submit additional verification documents at any time, including:

• Clear, legible copies of government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns

Your account may have limited functionality or be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Withdrawals will not be processed until all verification requirements have been satisfied. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kn77a accepts deposits through various payment methods approved by PAGCOR, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, and maximum deposit limits are set according to your account verification level and responsible gaming settings.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. Funds deposited to your kn77a account are held in a segregated bank account separate from kn77a operating funds, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and may result in account suspension, fund seizure, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable game rules before placing any wagers. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the kn77a Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation of data (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of kn77a or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the kn77a Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the kn77a Platform without prior written permission from kn77a.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your kn77a account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within thirty (30) days. After this period, kn77a may charge administrative fees for maintaining dormant accounts or may close the account and remit remaining funds to PAGCOR in accordance with abandoned property regulations.

8.2 Termination by kn77a

kn77a reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Being under the age of 21
• Creating multiple accounts
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Bonus abuse or irregular play patterns
• Violation of responsible gaming policies
• Breach of any provision of these Terms

Upon termination, kn77a may, at its sole discretion, confiscate any funds in your account and report your activities to PAGCOR and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While kn77a strives to ensure continuous availability of the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. kn77a is not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The kn77a Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, kn77a disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, kn77a, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall kn77a's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account or PHP 50,000, whichever is less.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kn77a and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
